Faulty or Defective Products – Any faulty or defective products are replaced free of charge. If a product needs to be returned to Parental Instinct for inspection or to determine the cause of the issue, shipping is on us! In the unlikely event you original item is no longer available we will contact you to discuss replacement options.
Sizing Replacements – If you are returning the product due to a sizing issue, we will cover the return and replacement shipping on the first order only, as we understand you are still getting to know Parental Instinct. Any further sizing returns will incur shipping and handling fees as required. Sizing returns are for credit or replacement only. Just another way we are trying to make parenting easier…
General Returns – If for some reason you receive your Parental Instinct merchandise and you no longer want it, you are welcome to return the merchandise within 14 days of purchase, for a full refund or credit. The product must be returned to Parental Instinct within 14 days of payment being made, at your own cost. We do not accept partial returns of pre-pack goods unless there is a faulty or defective product in the pack.
